Yes. We offer flexible pricing options including hourly, half-day, full-day, and multi-day coverage. Most conferences and corporate events benefit from full-day or multi-day coverage to ensure key moments—such as sessions, networking, and sponsor activations—are fully captured without gaps.

Is a deposit required to secure our event date?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and production team. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your dates are officially reserved on our calendar.

Are travel costs included in your pricing?

We provide nationwide coverage and typically do not charge traditional travel fees. However, for multi-day events or early start times, we may request hotel accommodations to ensure our team can remain on-site and provide seamless coverage.

Can pricing be customized based on our budget?

Absolutely. We understand that every organization has different budget requirements. Our team can build scalable coverage options that align with your priorities—whether that means adjusting coverage hours, team size, or deliverables to fit within your budget.

What is included in your standard event coverage pricing?

Additional services such as headshot stations, testimonial interviews, same-day edits, or multi-camera setups can be added based on your event needs.

How long does it take to receive photos and videos?

Our standard turnaround time for event photography galleries is typically within 48 hours after the event. Video timelines vary depending on the project scope, but most highlight or recap videos are delivered within 2–3 weeks, with draft timelines provided in your proposal.
